Do I need an Apple Pencil?+
No. You can draw with your finger on iPhone or iPad. Apple Pencil is supported on compatible iPads.
Where are my drawings saved?+
Your photos and drawings are stored locally on your device. Folinzo does not provide an account or its own cloud sync. Export work you want to keep separately before removing the app.
Does Folinzo draw the photo for me?+
No. You make the marks yourself. Draw over the photo as a reference, then slide to reveal your own drawing.
How do I change the language?+
Folinzo supports English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Korean. Use the app language option in iOS Settings when available; otherwise check your preferred languages in system settings.
Can I recover a mistaken mark?+
Use Undo while you are working. Undo history is limited and is not a backup of your project. Export important versions before making major changes.
How can I report a problem?+
Send your device model, iOS version and the steps that caused the problem to support@folinzo.com. Please keep private photos and personal information out of screenshots.
